On May 28, the program “Safety for poor and disadvantaged fishermen” organized by former President Truong Tan Sang and the Central Committee of the Vietnam Red Cross takes place in Mo Duc district, Quang Ngai province. Quy Nhon city, Binh Dinh province. The program will continue to take place in the following provinces: Phu Yen, Khanh Hoa, Ninh Thuan, Binh Thuan.
