VIETNAM TAXI COMPANY or “VINATAXI” was established since Oct 8th, 1992 between Tecobest Investment LTD (Hongkong ) and Tracodi. In 2003, the JV Company was formed between ComfortDelGro Corporation Limited of Singapore, one of the world ‘s largest land transportation and Tracodi Company
Tracodi under Ministry of Transportation of Vietnam. As a result of efforts, Vinataxi has received the following rewards :

On Mar 31st, 2022, HELIOS Company – a unit belongs to the ecosystem of BAMBOO CAPITAL Group (BCG) – decided to invest and buy all 70% of capital from ComfortDelgro. VINATAXI officially changed ownership as a 100% domestic enterprise with many competitive advantages.
